The cutting edge of interactive education

03/1/2018 NO REPRO FEE, MAXWELLS DUBLIN: RCSI OPEN DAY 2019: Secondary school students got hands-on experience using laparoscopic surgery simulators in the Wet Lab at RCSI’s Open Day which took place on Thursday, 3 January. More than 800 students from second-level schools throughout Ireland explored RCSI’s state-of-the-art facilities at 26 York Street while learning about life as a medical, pharmacy and physiotherapy student. Open Day attendees had an opportunity to get interactive experience of the College’s healthcare education technologies and see where RCSI students develop and practice clinical skills in a safe educational environment as part of Europe’s most advanced simulation facility.
